Hay Creek Ranch
This established South Dakota horse camp went under new ownership in 2021. The goal was to keep everything the current campers loved about Hay Creek, while improving the entire customer experience.
Here’s how we did it:
Resonate: We created three social media accounts and posted daily content that inspired and educated the horse camping community.
Captivate: We created a user-friendly website that answered questions before they were asked and allowed users to create online reservations, something that was never available before.
Motivate: We designed print and digital ads that targeted horse people - with strategic SEO, breathtaking photography, and features in horse trail association publications.
